In the days before computing machine colouring, used airbrush to tinge mock-ups of their work. While airbrushing is too verbose to use in every put of a true vivification, it works well for coloring and blending wrap up art and posters. The main benefit to using an airbrush rather than traditional paints is the timbre of blending that the artist can reach. An airbrush can make even, uniform gradients of tinge that brushes cannot regurgitate.
Select a downpla tinge from your paints and fill the reservoir of your airbrush with it. Connect the hose of your airbrush to a canister shot of closed air. Point the airbrush at the poster board and wedge the spark off. A fine spray of rouge should tinge the board. Cover the room in an even stratum of play down tinge. When ruined, rinse the airbrush canister and mechanism in warm water to strip it of blusher.
Sketch your lightly on top of the downpla using a pencil. Take your time and use reference pictures if you need to for difficult poses. Erase lines that become too untidy.
Lay down several layers of paper over your work rise and don a face mask to keep from inhaling rouge. Place a patch of paperboard on top of the newspaper.
Shade your cartoon. Decide on where your light is coming from. If it is an outside view, this will be from overhead. Select somewhat darker dark glasses of your base colors and spraying the side of each and physical object in your Futurama Portrait that is furthest from the light source with your airbrush. Use get off, short-circuit squirts at first to establish up layers of darkness until you reach the effect you wish. Clean the airbrush whenever you transfer colors.
Edge around the outlines of your outline with masking tape. This will prevent your airbrush from colouring outside the lines when you begin to fill in your outline with blusher.
Paint the flat colours of your . The flat colours are the basic colours of your image, neither too dark nor too light. To do this, take your first rouge colour and fill the airbrush source with it. Aim the airbrush at the sketch you wish to color and wedge the trigger off. When you need to transfer colors, clean the airbrush in the sink and fill it with new paint.
Select ignitor versions of your flat colours. These will suffice as the highlights in your fancy. Go along the edges of each object and in your cartoon that is closest to your get off source. Clean your airbrush every time you change colours.
